- 💡Enhance Your Expertise Affordably: Upon graduating from CICCC, the Global Workforce Skills program at Royal Roads provides a strong foundation for advanced project management studies. Meeting the graduate diploma requirements allows you to integrate the Certificate in Global Workforce Skills with the Graduate Diploma in Project Management and Organizational Leadership at a reduced cost through Cornerstone’s pathway.
- 💼 Post Graduate Work Permit: After completing a program at Royal Roads, a one-year program can qualify you for up to 1 year of Post-Graduate Work Permit (PGWP), while a two-year program can make you eligible for up to 3 years of PGWP. This is an excellent opportunity to help you meet the qualifications for your immigration goals.

Year 1 and 2: CICCC program(s)
During your year at CICCC, you’ll have the opportunity to focus on your specific area of interest within the tech or management field, laying the foundation for your future career path. Your class schedule is fixed, allowing you to work part-time during the academic term. In the remaining 6 months of the program (Paid Co-op), you’ll have the chance to gain valuable work experience and work full-time. This is an excellent opportunity to build connections and continually enhance your knowledge.
Year 3: Royal Roads
Following the successful completion of your two-year program at Cornerstone College, you will meet the requirements for the Global Workforce Skills program. When you complete a program at Royal Roads, a one-year program can qualify you for up to 1 year of Post-Graduate Work Permit (PGWP).
Year 4: Royal Roads
Graduate Diploma in Project Management and Organizational Leadership Program (Optional)
Once you finish the Global Workforce Skills Program, you can choose to continue your education by joining Graduate Diploma in Project Management and Organizational Leadership Program*. After graduation, you will be eligible for a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) of up to 3 years.
