Below is our Graduation Checklist to ensure you're fully prepared. Review all the information you need before the ceremony, and let's make this day unforgettable!
Registration
Ensure you've registered for the ceremony by clicking hereto register for CICCC graduation ceremony - deadline March 13th, 2024 and completing the form by March 13th, 2024.

Date: Wednesday, March 27, 2024
Time: 3:00 PM - 10:30 PM PDT
Location: Newmont Stage - BMO Theatre Centre, West 1st Ave, Vancouver, BC
Regalia
Premium-quality gowns, caps, and tassels are all available at no extra cost. So make sure you get your regalia right after check-in at the Venue. Please return the regalia after the ceremony to avoid the extra charge of $150.
Photography
Prepare to capture your special moments with a professional photographer in our amazing backdrop for your photoshoot, all included at no extra cost.
Ceremony details
Celebrate with our President, Faculty, and a student guest speaker. Enjoy a First Nations Drum presentation and our National Anthem, honoring you and our Canadian heritage.
Live streaming
The celebration will be live-streamed for all your loved ones to virtually accompany this amazing milestone you're achieving from anywhere in the world!
Toast and treats
Prepare to toast your success with Ginger Ale served in champagne flutes and enjoy beautiful cupcakes from one of Vancouver's top cake designers.
After-party
Celebrities Nightclub will host a VIP Party for our graduate students at no cost with a photographer, videographer, and the best DJ in town.
Payment
Ensure you've paid the registration fee of $75.88 to secure your spot- Pay on Eventbrite for CICCC graduation ceremony.
Important notes
Remember, no guests are allowed. This event is exclusively for graduates; no plus ones are permitted.
