I bring 14 years of extensive experience in the Post and Logistics industry, with a focus on formulating and executing robust business strategies, implementing ethical governance practices, and fostering international relations. My background includes expertise in labour relations/employee engagement, HR management, and enhancing business performance through effective reporting. Additionally, I specialize in conducting process reviews and ensuring supply chain security to optimize operations.

My areas of expertise encompass ethical decision-making, global business practices, and the promotion of sustainable business operations and corporate social responsibility within the Post and Logistics sector. I excel in developing and implementing strategies that align with ethical standards while driving growth and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.

I believe in a student-centred teaching philosophy that prioritizes active engagement and critical thinking. My approach emphasizes fostering a supportive learning environment where students feel empowered to explore and apply concepts independently. I aim to provide meaningful context and real-world examples to facilitate understanding and retention of knowledge. Ultimately, my goal is to equip students with the skills and mindset necessary to become lifelong learners, capable of adapting to new challenges and contributing positively to society.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the great outdoors through hiking and photography with my friends and family. This greatly helps my teaching approach by instilling a sense of curiosity and appreciation for the world around us.
