I have over 12 years of experience in the IT industry, working as a software engineer for major Silicon Valley firms like Nvidia and TikTok, financial software company like Fidessa, and smaller startups. Throughout my career, I have consistently been passionate about education, teaching a broad spectrum of students ranging from elementary age to college level.

My expertise encompasses software engineering and managing and analyzing large data sets alongside data scientists within the team. I have experience across a variety of platforms, including large-scale distributed systems, web applications, and mobile applications for both iOS and Android.

My teaching philosophy is grounded in practical learning, where I focus on applying theoretical knowledge through hands-on experiences and real-world problem solving. I tailor my approach to meet the varied learning styles of my students, and I emphasize the importance of collaboration and interactive engagement.

In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, including my two boys. I’m passionate about ice hockey and manage my own beer league team. Additionally, I dedicate time to teaching high school students as a side business, guiding them towards future careers in computer science and data science.
