Originally from Brazil, I have been working in the digital industry since I graduated in design in the early 2000s. I have worked as a designer, art director, motion designer, and front-end developer through studios and advertising agencies, including Isobar São Paulo, Brazil. My expertise includes UI design, with a focus on crafting pixel-perfect designs and developing wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, maintaining design systems, mainly using Figma and Photoshop. Additionally, my skills extend to HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Adobe Animate, Illustrator, along with other tools I have been working with during my career.

My teaching philosophy is about bringing up an open-minded mindset, focusing on curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking. I believe in embracing the process and helping students succeed and develop at their own pace. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my son, family and friends. I like biking around, skateboarding and just getting to know new places, taking good photos. I also enjoy cooking and have my friends over. Music is also one of my passions, I had a rock band before (milocovik, you can google it) and play the guitar besides other instruments.
