MSC 400 Configuring Windows 10

This course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills required to install and configure Windows 10 desktops and devices in a Windows Server domain corporate environment. These skills include learning how to install and customize Windows 10 operating systems and apps and configure local and remote network connectivity and storage. Students will also learn how to configure data security, device security, and network security, and maintain, update, and recover Windows 10

MSC 410 Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012 R2

This course covers implementing, managing, maintaining, and provisioning services and infrastructure in a Windows Server 2012 environment. Although there is some cross-over of skills and tasks across these courses, this course focuses on the initial implementation and configuration of core services, such as Networking, Storage, Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Group Policy, File and Print Services, and Hyper-V.

MSC 411 Administering Windows Server 2012 R2

This course focuses on the administration tasks necessary to maintain a Windows Server 2012 infrastructure such as configuring and troubleshooting name resolution, user and group management with Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) and Group Policy, implementing Remote Access solutions such as Direct Access, VPNs and Web Application Proxy, implementing Network Policies and Network Access Protection, Data Security, deployment and maintenance of server images.

MSC 412 Configuring Advanced Windows Server 2012 R2 Services

This course covers implementing, managing, maintaining, and provisioning services and infrastructure in a Windows Server 2012 environment. Although there is some cross-over of skills and tasks across these three courses, this course primarily covers advanced configuration of services necessary to deploy, manage, and maintain a Windows Server 2012 infrastructure.

MSC 413 Designing and Implementing a Server Infrastructure

In this course, students will learn how to plan and implement some of the more advanced features available in Windows Server 2012 which includes managing and maintaining server infrastructure, planning and implementing a highly available enterprise infrastructure, planning and implementing a server virtualization infrastructure, and design and implementing identity and access solutions.

MSC 414 Implementing an Advanced Server Infrastructure

This course covers the knowledge and skills to plan and implement a highly available, secure infrastructure with a focus on Active Directory Federation Service (AD FS), public key infrastructure (PKI), and Active Directory Rights Management Services (AD RMS). You will also learn the skills needed to plan and deploy virtual machines including self-service and automation of virtual machine deployments as well as planning and implementing a monitoring strategy that includes Microsoft System Center 2012 R2-Operations Manager.

CIS 100 CCNA Routing and Switching

CCNA networking course in Canada is for entry-level network engineers that help maximize your investment in foundational networking knowledge and increase the value of your employer’s network.   2. Successful completion of ESL upper intermediate at Cornerstone College
    • Academic IELTS 6.5
    • TOEFL IBT 79
    • Qualification for ESL level advanced on the CICCC placement test

Can I study online or in-class education during my academic period?

Absolutely, you can choose your learning method. Here at Cornerstone, we have a blended-teaching method that gives flexibility for our students to pick the most comfortable way to learn for each person. Our online booking system helps students reserve their spot in class for any day available.

Do we have to pay anything for additional certifications?

Students can decide which certificates that they will be getting. There is an additional cost that they need to pay for other 3rd party companies such as Microsoft, CompTIA, or Cisco.

It is totally depending on your personal, communication, and industry-related skills. Students in the Network and System Solutions Specialist Co-op program earn 18.50CAD/per hour on average.

Will my co-op be paid?

Yes, your co-op work must be paid.

Can I get diploma after graduation?

Yes, every student gets their diploma recognized in the IT industry and they will get ready to take networking certifications that are covered during courses.

Can I join to virtual classes even though I am not in Canada?

Our computer and network technician courses in Canada are completely available for all international students. You can join our diploma program courses online and in-class based on your preference.

What is the program NSSS program all about?

It is about upskilling you for IT positions and developing a career in IT. Cloud Content is also included and added to the materials as an update. You will learn the latest versions of the Server OS and integration with Cloud. Everything will be simulated with all labs in the cloud.

How do I prepare for interviews?

The instructor will also include in his class how to present technical presentations and conduct interview practice upon request. If you are a good student, you can use the instructor as your job reference. With all these practices it’s again up to you to work hard and be prepared.
