I’ve been in teaching and management for over 20 years. I started and ran my own language school for nearly 16 years, where I had the chance to work with a wide range of people, from students to staff. This experience helped me develop strong skills in leading, communicating, and solving problems.
I believe in being transparent and collaborative, and I’m always open to new ideas. My goal is to make sure everyone, from students to colleagues, feels supported and can thrive in a safe, positive learning environment.
I hold a master’s degree in English Language Teaching and Applied Linguistics from King’s College London and CELTA from Cambridge University.
