The Network and System Solutions program at Cornerstone is comprehensive, encompassing various facets of network design, implementation, and management. Emphasizing hands-on learning and practical application, the program covers a wide range of topics, including network protocols, databases, and infrastructure; routing and switching; security; server administration; cloud computing; and system troubleshooting.

Students in the Network and System Solutions program at Cornerstone will also attain certification in the following key areas:

  • CompTIA: A globally recognized association offering a range of IT certifications. These certifications are widely acknowledged for career advancement, validating the skills and knowledge of IT professionals in areas such as cybersecurity, networking, and IT support.
  • CISCO: A multinational leader in the networking industry, providing certifications that validate the skills required to operate, troubleshoot, and manage small to medium-sized enterprise networks.
  • Microsoft Windows Certifications: Including Az-800, Az-801, Az-104, Az-305, AI-900, DP-900, MD-100.

The CompTIA A+ certification stands out as one of the most widely acknowledged entry-level certifications for IT professionals. It is meticulously crafted to authenticate a candidate’s proficiency in a diverse range of areas, including computer hardware, software, networking, troubleshooting, operating systems, security, and fundamental IT operational procedures.

This course empowers students to attain proficiency and certification in the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), a comprehensive framework comprising best practices for effective IT service management.

In this course, students will acquire and validate their expertise in cloud computing and infrastructure. The curriculum covers essential aspects such as cloud deployment, security, and management, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of CompTIA Cloud+.

Students will have the opportunity to excel and attain certification in cybersecurity, delving into critical topics such as threat detection, network security, and risk management.

This course aims to certify students in the fundamentals of Linux operating systems, encompassing installation, maintenance, security, and troubleshooting.

Students will explore the principles and techniques of network management to attain the esteemed CompTIA Network+ certification.

In this course, students will enhance their networking knowledge, and upon successful completion, they will receive a globally recognized certification from Cisco, a leading company in networking technology.

In this course, students will obtain certification as Windows Server Hybrid Administrators, acquiring the skills to seamlessly integrate Windows Server environments with Azure services and effectively manage Windows Server within on-premises networks.

In this course, students will develop proficiency in configuring and managing Windows Server through on-premises, hybrid, and cloud technologies. The curriculum also covers the administration of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) platform workloads.

This course elevates students’ skills in securing Windows Server within on-premises and hybrid infrastructures. It covers various aspects, including managing high availability, implementing disaster recovery, migrating servers and workloads, and monitoring/troubleshooting Windows Server environments. The curriculum also extends to include administration for Cloud and IaaS VM.

This learning path delves into the installation of Windows client OS, examining various editions, requirements, and new features. It offers insights into OS installation methods, migration, and upgrades, along with a study of essential tools used in the deployment process.

During classes, students will gain proficiency in implementing, managing, and monitoring an organization’s Microsoft Azure environment. This knowledge will empower them to deliver solutions in Azure networking, security, database management, application development, and DevOps.

This course is tailored to guide students in becoming Microsoft Azure solutions architects, providing them with the expertise to develop cloud and hybrid solutions on Azure. Students will learn to translate business requirements into designs for Azure solutions that align with the Azure Well-Architected Framework. The course delivers advanced experience and knowledge across various IT operations areas, including networking, virtualization, identity, security, business continuity, disaster recovery, data platforms, and governance.

The co-op program provides students with the opportunity to apply their acquired knowledge in a real-world, hands-on experience. This not only enhances their proficiency but also enables them to grasp industry dynamics. Moreover, it serves as an opportunity to expand their network by connecting with experienced professionals in the field.
