It is time to learn through our new Cornerstone Talk session presented by one of the top human resource directors in Canada, Zoe Hiscoke for our enthusiastic students in the Hospitality Management Co-op Diploma Program!

Who is our guest speaker?

After finishing her studies, Zoe Hiscoke joined an innovative Hospitality Company in the UK as a Management Trainee and worked through all the areas of the hotel taking up various Management roles including, Front Office, Events, Finance and became their youngest General Manager.

She then transitioned into Human Resources and spent the next part of her career working in 5 Star and the Luxury Market in London. She came to Canada and worked in different areas from St John’s, Newfoundland, Calgary and Ottawa before taking on her current role of Market HR Director for the JW Marriott and the DOUGLAS, Autograph hotels.

What will we be discussing?

There are many ways you can enhance your human resource skills. The only limit to enhancing your human resource skills is your own imagination and determination. So, Zoe will be sharing her experience in the human resource fields to make our students understand key skills to become human resource specialists and eventually a director in any company in the world!
