A successful female leader, Maela Lovisetto is joining us to share her journey in Canada and how she quickly became the Vice President of Sciué Ventures Inc. 

With more than 15 years of experience in hospitality, Maela has successfully rebuilt standards and procedures, built an organized and motivated work environment, managed external communications and increased overall customer satisfaction.

Within six months of working with Sciué Ventures Inc., Maela became the Vice President, running the operations of 5 Italian restaurant cafés in Vancouver. She manages five different teams and their schedules. Her main tasks involved managing budgets, measuring performance and, identifying and addressing problems and opportunities.
